Promoting Astronomy In Islamabad
Astro Adventures, an idea that has been brought to fruition to provide astronomy related education, equipment and awareness to Islamabad and adjoining areas. Over the years, Astro Adventures has already conducted more than 50 events in collaboration with the leading Astronomy socities of Pakistan.
Today, Astro Adventures is playing a pivital role with PAk Astronomers and Islamabad Astronomy Society in making sure that there is at least one public astronomy observation event in Islamabad, each month. Currently, the events are being organized from various platforms, and plans are being made to develop a permanent observatory in Islamabad to hold astronomy related sessions, talks and lectures.
